Channel Allocation Graphic (DL/UL)
This graphical display of the entire radio frame is located below the Carrier, Channel Setup, and BWP property grids. This topic uses downlink as an example, but the information provided also applies to uplink.
It displays the resource allocation for each channel in a two-dimensional resource grid. The X-axis represents the slots, based on current numerology. The Y-axis represents the RB value. Each channel is assigned a unique color in the display. A gray channel-select button indicates it is turned off.
Resource Allocation Conflict Check
Whenever you edit a parameter, the software automatically checks each carrier for resource conflicts. If a conflict occurs, a warning icon (!) appears on the button of conflicted channel, as shown in the figure below for DCI.
-
The overlap between SS/PBCH and DL-SCH is allowed, the signal generation part avoids conflict automatically.
-
DMRS for different channels are not drawn on the graph.
